- United Health Group CEO Andrew Witty opening statement before the Senate Finance Committee on cyber attack: "Patients and providers have experienced disruptions and people are worried about their private health data. To all those impacted let me be very clear; I am deeply, deeply sorry." He also says, ""The decision to pay a ransom was mine. This was one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make and I wouldn't wish it on anyone."

It should not be possible. Anyone anywhere can get to anything they want if they are willing to make the effort. The base concept of cyber records is flawed. Throwing more money and time at this will not work. Endless power struggles for everyone.
