I think it's dragonstrike(plunge attack)+kryo (kaeya in vid)

probably a play off of “dragonstrike” which was a pre-Xianyun way for characters to do plunge attacks! Very hard technically tho. I suppose the winter comes from this team being Mono Cryo Plunge = Winterstrike
