I have to say, as someone who wanted him to lose, he was incredible tonight! But we now have to see what he looks like against someone who is a real elite. Cowboy was a good comeback fight but now the real competition begins.

He wouldn’t beat any of those guys let’s be honest, cerrone is nowhere near any of their levels. Khabib, Usman and Colby all beat him with their elite wrestling and masvidal, woodley and possibly Ferguson beats him with their diverse striking. Although the masvidal and Ferguson fights are more in the balance, I do think masvidal will have his number but Ferguson is an intriguing fight that could go either way. All the others would do mcgregor just based on styles and size

I know he probably wants to beat Khabib in a rematch more than anything, I'm sure of it, but he is willing to scale his way back up into the fight (like he should).
I think Dana wants to put them together ASAP for that fat payday of a PPV. It will be a top 2 PPV fight for sure.
I'd like to see Conor rematch with Dustin next, who is still ranked 2nd under Khabib and Tony. He won last time, but it was at 145, and the Diamond has improved a lot. I think it's a harder fight than Justin. There's a reason Justin is avoiding a fight with Dustin.
