Chan had made a challenge to himself to not have milk during the spicy challenge. And he really can't handle spice. The other members tease him a lot. And some restaurant staff know that he can't have spice as well, so they ask when they see SKZ in their establishment. Milk has natural fats (as long as it's not skim milk) that bind to the capsicum & encapsulate it, so it provides a barrier to the effects of it. That's why having a thick dairy product or milk when eating spicy things allows you to not burn your tongue off.
