Tzuyu had the toughest time, I think, adjusting to the K-Pop idol scene. Her initial language barrier, being youngest and, I think, a bit shyer than the others. She did not have 2 other Taiwanese members like the 3 J-Line members to comfort her either. But I will say that the rest of Twice supported her very well and her natural humor (more subtle than Dahyun's admittedly) and calmness blossomed. To me, Tzuyu seems to smile more now which I think makes all Once happy.
In the video of them in Switzerland I think you can see most of the real Tzuyu, she's very comfortable there.

@@mykeairrajones1917 You might be right. I've only known Twice for 2.5 years now. I have seen a few videos from that show they were on to form the group when a certain judge called her out on her weight (not necessary IMO) and I'm sure that being the leader is stressful. Jihyo has a strong personality compared to Tzuyu so I tend to think she dealt with problems better.

@@ronbo11 being the leader isn’t necessarily stressful; the leader is usually the one to speak at live events over the other members (so basically more of a seniority thing), but jihyo still definitely did struggle more. the big difference between jihyo and tzuyu’s treatment was during their debut era when tzuyu was considered the beauty standard, while jihyo was “fat”. tzuyu may not have been comfortable with korea yet but she had the whole world behind her, while people were questioning how jihyo got into the group with her “weight issues”.
I've seen Tzuyu be very warm towards other twice members so I would imagine if it ever came to that she'd be very warm and caring towards her loved ones, she just seems very private.
Our baby Yoda really had it tough. Gladly she debuted with her Unnies now. They taught her how to do this and that. Also to be vocal about her feelings. They basically raised her.
It's hard to adapt to fame and to be celebrity for an introvert. 😘🥰

I can relate to her! When I don't smile, people often ask me if I am sad or mad. While I'm just in a neutral mood too sometimes! :)
Tzuyu is a bit complicated if we answer the question. Based on appearance, she kind of looks cold but something in her is warm. Her eyes in particular are doe and warm. Eyes are really windows to the soul, Tzuyu is a very warm hearted person although she can appear intimidating solely by looks.

I think I know what Dahyun means, and even Tzuyu sort of said it herself. When you first meet Tzuyu she comes off as a cold beauty because she's not talking (due to shyness). But once she's comfortable and gets to know people, then she's a hot beauty.
