The training and dieting sound brutal, but I wonder if it's also a way for the company to see who among the trainees really wants to succeed the most, and who has the drive and ambition to keep going through the struggles, and who will drop out.
Diet doesn't work but cutting the sugar and carbohydrates (white rice) mainly surgery drink in daily meal will help reduce the fat in the body. Sugar from fruit are healthy and take longer to digest or burn off vs refined sugar are easy to digest and absorb straight to the blood stream given quick boost "sugar rush or high and crash after" if not burn off it will stored in the fat cells weight gain. So best is to eat fruits and not soda....

I'm really happy that after the 10 days she is healthy now and doesnt have eating disorder. this stupid rule should ban. JYP is so lucky until now there was no any big news in trainee death, traines xxx, otherwise should this call killing? I also dont know.
They wouldn’t find it so funny if they knew the most likely reason for their short heights is the extreme diet imposed on them at an age when the body still growing and developing...
They are overall average height for East Asian girls. Some like Tzuyu are much taller than the average. Only Dahyun and Chaeyoung are below average, and not by much. Even those two would tower over a normal Korean woman in the North.

First clip got me rofl 🤣🤣🤣 sana, what do i do with you 🤣🤣🤣
I know I've said it before but I REALLY LOVE YOUR INTRO 😍
Yes and I love the outro! But I've said that a million times.. lol . Don't change it!!!
my day went even better because of your videos.
The training and dieting sound brutal, but I wonder if it's also a way for the company to see who among the trainees really wants to succeed the most, and who has the drive and ambition to keep going through the struggles, and who will drop out.
Sana potter... Where have you gone? I miss you..😢
The story of them trainee makes me cried lot(in my heart)😭😭😭😭😭😭😭how logic loss 7kg in a week???haiyaa 😤😤😤😤i will starve to death if i do that😭😭😭😭😭😭
2nd 🤭❤️ i was waiting for your video and now I get it thanks 😊
Diet doesn't work but cutting the sugar and carbohydrates (white rice) mainly surgery drink in daily meal will help reduce the fat in the body. Sugar from fruit are healthy and take longer to digest or burn off vs refined sugar are easy to digest and absorb straight to the blood stream given quick boost "sugar rush or high and crash after" if not burn off it will stored in the fat cells weight gain. So best is to eat fruits and not soda....
i feel so bad for momo. i’ll never let go of my bias. she deserves literally everything ❤️🥺
1 cube of ice for a week............maybe that be a song for that, it almost became a RIP moment. Sooooo glad momo, so glad.
Damn, I didn't know they go through shit like that. I feel sorry for them 😟
I wonder if they still have to do that kind of diet right now?
I really hope they're not.
Jeongyeon wit long hair rocksss!!
the momo story is just not okay, legit on the path to death
12:26
what does that 'banned from company ' actually mean ... anyone?
Maybe being suspended for a while, for breaking rules
If I remember it right, if a trainee did something wrong or against the rules, they are ban to go to jyp building for a given time.. I think dahyun said that before
@@KimBlinkOnce I think I saw the same interview and Twice members definitely said that, not just Dahyun.
10:35 Dahyun the best❤
princess,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,miss you,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
How tf can they laugh hearing momo’s story, tf is wrong with the people who forced her to do that, ice cubes? Those people are sick, and the members talking about that so casually is heartbreaking, I’m just glad they are healthier these days
These weight-loss stories are so sad. I can’t believe a company is allowed to treat them this way. Doesn’t seem ethical.
I was shock for how momo diet and the feeling that time, even a healthy people will scared if they suddenly get something wrong with their body, back them momo just a young teenager and not only hard in diet, she was scared about died or alive. in the situation without parents, maybe also didnt talk to close friend in the 7 days,.... I'm really happy that after the 10 days she is healthy now and doesnt have eating disorder. this stupid rule should ban. JYP is so lucky until now there was no any big news in trainee death, traines xxx, otherwise should this call killing? I also dont know.
Vote for Twice in MAMA. Your videos always great
They wouldn’t find it so funny if they knew the most likely reason for their short heights is the extreme diet imposed on them at an age when the body still growing and developing...
They are overall average height for East Asian girls. Some like Tzuyu are much taller than the average.
Only Dahyun and Chaeyoung are below average, and not by much.
Even those two would tower over a normal Korean woman in the North.
Beautiful !
was it JYPE that made them do those diets? surprised they are allowed to speak about it if so but its good that they do speak on it
Well no wonder JYP idols are so groovy which is great cuz that is really what is drilled to them. And the dances that are a thing in 20th century are still alive thanks to JYP and his love for Motown and Michael Jackson and more.
Love to see Momo and Chaeyoung dancing .
Mochae is real ❤️❤️❤️
Saranghaeyo Twice
even though im a Merry ..
Congrats in winning an award in AAA 2021 .
i just feel sad that you dont attend . want to see you with Momoland again just like the old times ❤️❤️❤️

OMG SANA’S WAY OF GETTING OUT OF TROUBLE- 👀
Wow I love momo more then I like her she did all to be where she is now love and respect to these girls 🙏🙏
10:36 dahyun
🤗Loveable times🥰
We will never call Tzuyu "Sally" here in the US.😂
I don't think we'll ever call Mina "Sharon" either even though she _was_ born in Texas and it _was_ part of her name.
BUT, if Tzuyu ever decides to change her stage name to "Sally Chou" for whatever reason, then I hope Once would respect her choice. Same with Mina. I doubt either would happen, but you never know.
@@Soufriere84 I would definitely respect it if it is their choice but i feel like "English" names take away their culture and I never understood it anyway.
That's freaking cruel jyp
You did wrong to our Momo before and now with our Ryujin 🥲
ice cube? bro thats fvcked up 😢
Happy Together moment forever :-)
Dahyun is GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
always support my friends. God bless you.
Does anyone have further context on what they mean by "banned"? 12:09
Mina black swan didnt pass the dancing test? excuse me :O
If trainees are too good staff will fail them even though they did everything perfectly to make them work harder.
It’s stupid K=pop torture.
I'm impressed by this comment section. Wow👏
How does this banning system work? Cause they say they've got banned multiple times. How does one manage to be taken back?
When they talk about being banned, what does that mean?
Hi 👋🏽
Sana Nani😂😂
great
What does it mean to get banned as a trainee?
Sharon and Sally. What next??😌😏😏😏👀👀
