Just a hint: most physical encounters are brief, last 30-40 seconds. When you train, be able to last 6-9 minutes at full power, another 9 minutes at 3/4 power and another 6 at 1/2 power. When the time comes, you'll have endurance. If you can, after that workout, do 10 forty yard wind sprints followed up by a two mile run. Train harder than you think you can.

I'm putting at least 1000.00 dollars a month or even more on my car to have it paid off by the end of November, have extra food and water, silver, cash, 2 guns/ammo, and work out as much as I can to prepare. I hope to help my sister pay her car off once my car is paid off and i have more cash saved. She sadly only makes about 13.00 an hour and can't put anything extra back.
