Lol an apartment like this still probably costs 5000+ per month in Manhattan. But yeah, very cozy. Mine would have a gaming room though.

The box that holds the records, comes from the Netherlands. Van Nelle is the factory that sells coffee, tea and tabbaco. It says 'koffie and thee' which means coffee and tea :-). Love this guy!

This guy played in Victoria last Summer for some music festival. My brother`s house was kilometers away from the stage but acoustically lined up with it. When Marc came on, holy shit!! The bass was out of this world.

She didnt follow him down that path but remained decent and professional. props to both of them imo

Why do I love this guy so much?
His apartment is very eclectic. Even though there is no place like NYC, I have been getting a lot of people reaching out to me to relocate from NYC down to Atlanta, GA.
I'm as straight as it gets, and constantly seeing this virtually naked dude makes me feel zero percent grossed out lol. The only guy on the planet that can pull that off.

Hearing him say 'Soviet coffee tin'... That's not Soviet lol, it's Dutch. It literally says 'for coffee and tea', which is not that hard to guess I suppose. The Van Nelle factory is no longer operational but is used as a venue for all sorts of events these days :)
