In this video I will show you how to prep your 3D printed helmet and tell you the materials I use in order to get it ready for paint. At this point, I would rather not even deal with printing the visor connected to the helmet. It saves me time by making my own supports so I can cut them out later.

CLEAR COAT AND WET SAND AND IT WOULDNT MATTER HOW GLOSSY THE PAINT WAS YOU COULD MAKE IT SHINY, wet sanding matte paint will also make it glossy, just make sure you use an extra cost if your gonna do that

When you print all your power ranger helmets, do you make them hollow or solid? awesome work!! Also, how many layers of filler primer do you use???
Do you men if i use an infill and layers i would say 2-3 layers sanding in between each one

What do you use in the in between layers to put it together? What do you use in the top of it to keep it together?

The reds are off.. look at the back piece and then the rest.
What is the red that you put on the helmet over before sanding?
Thats spot putty , its used to fill in the layer life as will as pin wholes and tiny gaps
Where did you get the file to do the 3d printing
that one was modeled by a friend but since then I model all of my own helmets now

@@OscarGoldenImageTubeLarrea I saw that it did not get the best reviews. Would you recommend the CR 10 s? Or do you know anything about the tenlog TL-D3 Pro?
@@zergmare7 I only use the creality and the cr 10 was the first and it served me very well for almost 4 years then upgraded to the 10s and soon will have the 10 s5
