I have battled addiction for 38 years I'm 49 I was molested and raped throughout my life and a young mother at 16 and made to get married I have been thru 2 Ryan's 2 snore livings and countless overdoses and 11 suicide attempts I have finally turned it over and let his will be done I'm a greatful child of God and recovering in his name by his son who died for me and reigns interceding for us all at the right hand of God he is the alpha and omega the beginning and end and will come for his bride the soon coming King. My husband battled 2 diseases and pain for 4 years and passed away 6 weeks ago tomorrow. My heart is so shattered without him, grieving alone with no one to support you. We have always believed in and loved God, put our faith in him, never blamed or asked why. I'm just missing him so terrible that I can't function. I love you babe.

My mom was just taken to E.R., my ex daughter in law informed me that my grandchildren are cutting me out of their lives because of my Christian beliefs and my health issues are getting worse. But the Lord can and will take situations like these and use them for His glory. Hallelujah, praise God!

How tough to go through. I have been in similar circumstances with My children. I will keep You in My Prayers. It can be a scary snd lost time- and this is really the only way I know how to describe it. The Lord is truly the only one that can provide strength.

hi guys friendly reminder that: when I used to get depressed literally so horribly for weeks at a time, I would always come back to this one sentence that just spoke to me so much and I had a clear mental image of it in my head. “Jesus hurts when you hurt.” five words and yet it never seems to fail at making me feel the compassionate love of God out of nowhere! whatever y’all are going through, God’s on your side and He wants you to be happy. you got this!! :))

My only brother passed away three weeks ago and a coworker sent me this. God loved him more than I did, so I know Gods will was done, He knows the end from the beginning and that comforts me.
After speaking to God for 5 minutes, he answered my prayers with this music video. Note that I did not intentionally click on this song, it just randomly autoplay. I can feel a sense that God is telling me to tell all you guys that he is listening and well-aware of all our prayers no matter what we have done.

Natasha Blunt, I know exactly how you feel. I lost my mom this last January and I'm still having a really hard time with it. As a matter of fact the sadness and loss seem to be getting worse. I pray it gets better for both of us but I do know God loves us and feels our sadness and pain. He's got this. I would be nothing without God.

When I am sad getting hurt by others, God leads me to this song and heal me
I just fully gave my life to god 5 weeks ago and my life has already changed unbelievably but obviously, as a human being, I am still struggling. I am also 14 so I don't understand half the things I think and feel and that can make the "why do you think you feel this way" therapy very hard and stressful for me. I have just started christian based therapy last night and God was working through that pastor in so many ways. He has promised me the moment I said that prayer with him the first time I went to church, I have now put my past behind me. That first day I surrendered, God has forgotten my past sins and is only focused on what I do here and now. So the Pastor aaslo promised me he will never ask me to share my past or relive with him and that made me break down because I dread having to relive my past by telling it. This song really resonates with me and I put it on and raise my hands whenever I know I am struggling and I need him. I love you god, now and forever!

Ashley, I understand you. I feel you! I was there, been through the same pain. No one can understand this experience unless it happens to them. I do not know if you read my comment above but I have had six miscarriages too, 4 of them in the second trimester and I literally gave birth to those babies who did not survive because there could not be any operation after the 3rd month of pregnancy. It was excruciating physically and emotionally. But I know now that everything happens for a reason. The tiniest thing has its purpose. I hope you will soon get what you wish for: a baby! If you need to talk to anyone about this, I am here. We can chat if you need someone who understands. God bless you and your family!

Remember this even if it isnt your flesh and blood, if you raised them right episcally with God's Word then they are your children. Just as by Salvation were adapted by God the Father through Jesus Christ were we became the Children of God, likewise with adaption.

For my very first tattoo I got “thy will be done” tattooed on my ribcage because this song meant so much to me at the time. Almost 3 years later I have other tattoos and often forget about this one. Since, I have strayed from my faith quite a bit, but today while looking at my tattoo it hit me like a ton of bricks that His will was done. Even while I was often acting on my own will. His will got me out of the horrible depressive spiral I was in and saved my life without me even realizing it. I am eternally grateful and just needed to hear this song again.

This morning during my daily Bible study I desperately begged God to save my little brother. He is such a splendid man. Civic minded, strong, smart successful and he is on a ventilator. He served his country in the USAF. Always took care of his health, body and mind. But, he has stage 4 lung cancer. We conferenced with his medical team this weekend and they basically see no hope for him. So here I was begging God for a miracle this morning and then I told the Lord his will not mine. I came to RUclips surfing for some content to make me feel better and stumbled across this song. Hallelujah praise God he heard me. In all thy ways acknowledge him and he shall direct thy path. I feel your pain, for 6 months that was my daily prayer, but Gods will was not to heal him. Instead God gave him enough time to accept Him as His lord and personal savior, so His will was done. The separation hurts but if I remain faithful I will see him again. Be strong

@@andrealuisi3273 aww thanks for asking! We moved shortly after I wrote this comment. We've been in a temporary place for about a year now and probably are gonna stay at least another six months. We haven't found a new place yet and our old house hasn't sold, so that's rough. But we're staying in a house owned by a family member who isn't using it right now. Things have definitely shaped up though! I've got two awesome jobs that I love and we are much closer to family which is fun :)
I heard a story on the radio about a random waitress donating her kidney to one of her customers.Then this song played. It pulled at my heart strings. My father had a kidney removed and the other on stopped working while in surgery. When my brother asked me if I would donate a kidney I said No. My father was abusive and an alcoholic and i didn't think he deserved to have one of my kidneys. He has survived numerous years with the one kidney. After hearing this young lady was willing to donate her kidney to a stranger I began to cry because I felt selfish not being willing to help my father. God told me to go to his house and make sure he was saved. With blind faith I went to his house and it was the worst experience I have ever had. I cried the entire way home (about 20 mins) . But I did God's will. Friday I had " Thy will be done" tattooed on my inner forearm to remind me on a daily basis that it is God's will not mine.
I absolutely love this song and really needed to hear it. Life is hard. Period. The easy thing to do is just give up...and that's what I really want to do...but God hasn't given up on me yet, so I won't give up on Him. I know He has a purpose for me, I just wish I knew what that purpose was.

This song touched me. My best friend significant other had a stroke a few days ago. His right side is paralyzed and his speech affected. But thanks to God he is alive and in Rehab. He has been through some tough challenges in his 70 years, but this is the one that only God can heal. He is a true believer and very blessed to still be here. Was found unresponsive by his friend and rushed to hospital and surgery. I know Jesus sees all and hears all. That he is alive is testimony to God's grace and that he is not done with him yet. Thy will be done. Oh my God it is so.

Can you imagine the pain Christ was going through when He said those words"thy will be done". I don't understand either how my broken heart could ever be part of God's plan but even Jesus had a broken heart. But because He was willing to go through it He saved us all.

After 6 years of hoping for a Baby, God blessed me with twins. Started having complications and doctors refused to believe me that anything was wrong. Refused to see me. Ended up laboring at home and delivered my Baby all alone at home in my bed. The moment he came out, I knew I lost him. Kneeling there holding his tiny limp body all I could say was "Thy will be done" the words were like a dagger through my heart as I said them. I can't listen to this song without crying. I'm still trying to understand God's plan for my heart ache and see it as good.
Btw the other twin died a week later when I went back into labor due to lingering complications from the first twin's birth. Doctor ran in my hospital room and ripped my Baby out with forceps before I could scream no, then rushed me into the OR to do surgery to try to stop the excessive bleeding. I almost died and both my Babies did die. Hard to see how this is all for His glory.
Praying for you! God causes ALL things to work for the good of those who love Him. All things won't always be good, but just trust Him to bring good out of it. 🙏🏾

Lord, I'm broken or breaking.... I have been resting today and yesterday but I am filling myself up wit food and cigarettes trying to cover this pain .... It's not helping me but hurting more. Now I am fat and my voice was fading but u r blessing me back today to know all was not lost and there is hope after all. I will not give up. They will be done

Because I am still living on this earth. Prayer makes a difference. I went out to find and purchase this song by Hillary Scott. I found the C.D. at the Sound Garden in Baltimore, Maryland.
This song has given me strength when I feel lost and hopeless. I struggle with depression and I stress about everything which I am told keeps me "negative" all the time. But this song reminds me there's a reason for everything even if i don't see yet what it is and God is in control so I need to leave it in his hands because he knows what's best for me. I was born 2 days late and my heart rate was only 30 bpm. I was born C-section and my dad was told I was going to die. If I miraculously survived, I would never do much. I wouldn't walk, talk, or do much of anything. I was baptized the day I was born (on Easter Sunday and we're Catholic, btw) and while I have had speech and occupational therapy, I had to work harder than most in school, and I had an IEP, but now I'm in college and I credit God for my ability to do those things. I managed to speak my first word at 3 months old and I can walk and am mostly normal.
As wonderful as this all is, I have an obsession with raising awareness to childhood cancer, and when I find out someone is terminally ill, I can never help but have faith that they will miraculously pull through, and when they die, Satan leads me to feeling guilt by wondering, "What did I do that they didn't to deserve a miracle? Why did I miraculously survive and they didn't? Why?" It leads me to this song, as all I know is that God's will is done.
That's what I always pray is, "Let thy Will be done, on Earth as it is on Heaven", and then I just see where He leads me...it eventually transpires..I just have to trust that He knows what is best for me..I surrender...
