Great to see you’ve had improvements from where you once were. Did your naturopath advise any treatment that is used for people that are going through what you’ve been through?
Hey there, he tailored a specific blend of things according to what I was lacking in and such. So it would be wrong of me to say that what he gave me would help someone else. However gabba seems to be really important as your receptors are constantly up and down regulating they need a boost in the right direction. So that's just one thing that he has prescribed me that I think would help pretty much everyone in the worhdrawl process but I'm also not a doctor 😄
hey dear, sad to see this is happening to you! a really beautiful girl suffering by these hellish drugs. i had a mild akathisia too from CT,whats your advice to ease this feeling? what should i take?
Sorry to hear you suffer. Magnesium is very important but every body is made up differently so different things work for different people. I take propranolol which helps me, but I dont know if it will work on everyone else. See a natropath to make up a specific blend which suits your side effects is my suggestion 😊
So glad your feeling better my dear God Bless you. Im 51 was placed on 0.75mg for panic and health anxiety. I was never told about anxiety, and Klonopin is what im taking. Im on 0.5mg now with some withdrawl. Can i ask how many mg of Valium they switched you to? Im thinking about switching over to it. So glad your doing better God Bless Peace from New Jersey Michael
Thanks for your message. I was on 3mg Ativan switched to 30mg of vallium. Its been a while since this video. Its been incredibly hard. Down to 18mg. It's almost killed me but I'm still going. Its just easier as its long acting is all
Thank you for your advocacy. I was CT off of X and had horrrid Aka. I'm now on Diaz. to do a slow taper. What was your starting dose if you don't mind me asking? I also find Diaz. to be extremely depressing.
It's all truly horrible isn't it... I was on 30 mg diaz, down to 21mg and have had to hold for a bit. I agree it is extremely depressing, mix that with horrible withdrawals and its a nightmare
The problem with benzo withdrawal is many people prescribed will be taking it for a anxiety disorder sometimes disabling that is why I think withdrawing is very difficult. But fact is Dr are going to force withdrawal due to a change in prescribing so this video is helpful! I am always trying to delay tapering all the way as there is no other drug that works on anxiety disorder and anyone put on buscar knows that doesn't work at all neither does SSRI antidepressant taken alone. This remains a difficult ordeal. Hope your doing well!
I have akathisia too. I rock both knees while sitting down. and I use a rocking chair when I'm home. and I DO rock it ALWAYS. when I stand I shift the weight and bounce from left foot to right foot. I just withdrew from ativan and it was HORRIBLE inpatient for 7 days for that now i'm out for a month now. now all thats left is clonepam. I am STILL :) in bed completely because I use a weighted blanket. What is your journey like? That's my entire life. I have 500 subscribers too : ) nice to meet you please tell me all about your journey like I told you mine, I could use a buddy badly
How long have you had Akathisia? Is it accompanied by the internal terror and restlessness to escape your body? My story is on my channel if you go back to the first video. I've had Akathisia from different things. Weiggted blankets are good but not heavy enough really. I hope you heal very soon
yeah about the weighted blankets i agree. i take trazedone to sleep for that reason. yeah dont u enjoy ambulances when your completely strapped down and the movement finally is made to stop completely? what sucks is nobody will strap you down though outside of an ambulance team and it only lasts 30 minutes : ( wish weighted blankets were straps but i have no way to be strapped down.@@beautifullybroken1591
i used to have the internal anxiety thing too for a couple years. but thats doing better now i just have the movement itself going on 99% of the way can't really notice the internal anxiety very much any more. i have already healed like 80% man. im blessed. to look on the bright side im just exercising all day long now. burning 800 calories a day as i rock my knees presently!@@beautifullybroken1591
i just sat through an entire movie and sat through the whole movie without rising up : ) freelance with john cena it was a great movie. but i was rocking my knees but again its nothing where theres pain anymore or anything. i am blessed : ) i like my life most of the way now. bouncing my knees is fine with me its easy peazy
I'm better now than i've been for 10 years (10 years of akathisia is my story). I'm gonna do e-harmony and start dating soon. just have to make sure i'm stable first then im gonna start dating! im thinking im a month out from making an e-harmony account. i wish you the best of luck with your akathisia : ) nice to know somebody else that has the same struggle every day. You know I have one thing to tell you because I'm a pastor. Never give up and let God do the rest@@beautifullybroken1591
@@beautifullybroken1591 I see. I hope you will heal soon. I only took a benzo for ten days and my health collapsed. I have long covid and took an SSRI prior. It's been hell. The drugs were helping while I was taking them, but after CT, all hell broke loose.

Im tapering slowly, I slowly switched over to a longer acting benzo and then went too fast at the start because I felt fine then it caught up to me. So going much slower now and am cutting and holding
