I understand doctors are paid descent but its not enough for the amount of time and effort they give. And most of the doctors peak income reach after the 30s. High work stress and and poor social life balance causing mental health issues among the doctors which ultimately reduces the quality of services and patient care the can give. So the universal solution is high pay scale and less work load
So you're telling that more than 5 lakh a month is not sufficient
Every specialist doctor earns more than 5lakh a month and there is no boundary meaning many are earning like 20 30 lakhs per month

I'll tell you...go to any nearby CHC where you took your vaccine...ask yourself to the doctors sitting there....they are mbbs doctor....they earn around 1.25 lac monthly..
