That steam could be smoke from his gun wen he was shooting @ sonya so close , he fired 3x one bullet could've hit the pot of water & made it wasted, i wonder did they check that pot🤔
You got a lot of things right but you also got a lot of things wrong. -Massey might have dumped some water into the sink but she didn't dump all the water down the sink. -The water you hear is the faucet is because Massey turned the cold water on presumably so she could dump the hot water and not destroy her pipes. You can hear the faucet running even when the Sgt., gets there and asks them where is the gun. -When Massey ducked down the pot of water was sitting on the top part of the sink. You can see the pot of water sitting there and Massey is ducking in the video. -As Sean is advancing on Massey and both cops are yelling to put the pot down when she doesn't have a pot of water Massey then reaches up almost with one hand grabs the pot of water and dumps the water. That's why there is water on the floor and you can even see a little bit of steam which means it's hot water and not from a blue bucket as other people were speculating. -Sean's defense attorney is going to argue that Massey threw the water on Sean and that's why he shot her and they are going to show the little clip where you can see Massey throwing the water. -The amount of pressure and stress they put on Massey by threatening to shoot her in the face, pointing a gun at her, both cops yelling at her to put the pot down when she didn't have a pot of water that she reached up, grabbed it, dumped the water to show the cops that the pot is now empty and the pot is down. -Also, it's important to note and put it in context. Massey said "I rebuke you in the name of Jesus" because the cops implied that she had an intent to harm them with the pot of water. Massey was saying I disapprove of you implying I would harm you in the name of Jesus. Massey only repeated it because Sean said "hu" the first time she said it. It isn't like out of no where she just started changing "I rebuke you in the name of Jesus". -Totality of the circumstances: Massey wasn't a suspect, wasn't under arrest, wasn't detained, what she said "I rebuke you" in the context of the conversation was reasonable and not a threat of any kind. Any reasonable deputy in the exact same circumstances would not have seen it as a threat. Massey never made any overt act that would cause a reasonable officer that she was going to throw the pot of water. An act such as grabbing the pot in an aggressive manner ready to throw it, or get in a stance where she could throw the pot.
If Sonya got back up for the pot it was to block her face & i believe he shot the pot out her hand & made her wasted water on the floor then he walked up to the water & shot her again , he planned to kill her fo his fiancee wen her & sonya got n2 it earlier that day, but his plan backfired n his faceeeee!
