@@tw12ve56 No it is not - in regular Japanese we do not use the word Ohan to mean rice. Ohan is usually spelt in Katakana, オーハン (Oh-Han), as is the case usually with most Kata names. However, the Man-Budokan run by Chris Cheng uses the Kanji spelling 敖漢. Compare this to ご飯 (which is a polite way to say meal/rice). Not only does Gohan not have an elongated 'o' (like in Ohan), the Kanji are completely different. Besides, it would make no sense for whoever made this Kata to name it "Rice".
