Lovely cast iron frying pan on your stove and that makes a perfect container for your cinnamon buns and it actually adds a tiny bit of a nice bit of a crust at the bottom of your bun while keeping them soft

Polish sausage, onion, yellow rice, and canned tomatoes, is a meal I make. Glad y'all are enjoying Fl. Time with your son is really nice, a little town over that way called Mt. Dora a bit of history and lots of shops. I never knew about the free camping spot you all just left. Your food looks good. Enjoy

Yum, that browned sausage with some cabbage and onion. Like when everyone brings something to dinner too tho, burger dinner looked great. Lots to see in T-ville. Lived there in the hay days of NASA there, late 60s, early 70s. Rockets shook the ground launching. U S 1, and all the parking lots, and sides of the roads were packed with vehicles watching the launches. Such cheering, clapping, horn blowing, made you feel proud. I hope y'all got to see the last one go up. You had a perfect viewing area. If you get a chance check out Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge. Migratory birds there now. 🙂👍

Looks like work but you seem to enjoy the quite , and are willing to do it. I drive an F150 with the same motor , I get 14-16 mpg if I drive nice an keep my foot out of it. Those 5.4 motors can be gas hogs if you are not careful . I thought you were going to take the rider up to mow ! Well maybe next time ! Stay safe , have fun , give Bella a rub for me

Next time you do cinnamon rolls add heavy cream to cover bottom of pan (with sides), cook at same temperature but cook for 30-35 minutes, until cream is absorbed. Sooo good.

Hi Dave , camp cooking is always good, especially with friends or family. It’s nice to see how we can made do with our rv’s , home away from home. Wondering though how you guys empty your tanks? How long can you go ? These places you stay don’t have rv dump stations that I saw. Thanks for sharing!

    Hello Dave
You're making me hungry . Looks good
Wish I was there. Pick up PH Test strips used for swimming pools. They show all trace elements/ metals in water. Also, get a good, easy to read PPM meter to see how much trash is in the water. Before u drink it. a burkey water filter is good because it allows the chlorine gas to vent out of the water after it sits for 2 days. Besides filtering water. Also Chlorine bleach has no smell. What u smell at a swimming pool or opening a jug of bleach is the dead bacteria in the water it killed. In a jug, they add tap water to dilute it. Install an RO filter system w tank under the sink, use when connected to camp water line. As it uses water to work, peeing water down a drain.

Try calling Middletons Fish camp in Vero Bch, Fl. Might be cheap or free primitive camping. Been there and it was free with all the hot showers I wanted to take. They also have air boats you can ride on.

The land in FLA is very porous, pretty much everything that gets sprayed or spilled enters the shallow aquifers quickly. The further south, the shallower the aquifer is until it reaches the surface in the glades. Not the same well water as you're used to Dave. They don't test the water? Or maybe they do and thats why he can't say its potable..... Just say-in yall
