Hear me out... Little Rain is when he's in love with this girl and paints a picture of their relationship. Love You More than my hometown is him realizing that she is moving away and he has to choose his hometown over her and it's kind of like him speaking to her. Then comes Whiskey Glasses right after the breakup. Next is Chasin You while he realizes he can never get over her and he made a mistake.
