    - ⚪︎ Raw Vegetables (650g)
    (This time, we're using cucumber, daikon, carrots, radish, bell pepper, and zucchini)
    - ⚪︎ Rice Rinse Water (600ml)
    - ⚪︎ Apple (Half)
    - ⚪︎ Ginger (One piece)
    - ⚪︎ Garlic (One clove)
    - ⚪︎ Red Chili Peppers (3)
    - ⚪︎ Salt
    - Summer: 3% of the vegetable weight (19.5g)
    - Winter: 2% of the vegetable weight (13g)
