Hey Taylor! Thanks for your extensive explanation of polypropylene. Because I really value your opinion, would you please share your thoughts on microwaving polypropylene? Is it safe? If so, to what degree? I have an Aeropress coffee maker and recently got their "Go" model which includes a polypropylene mug. I've intended to use it just to heat up water in the microwave for about 2 minutes, up to about 180-220 degrees F, and using the mug to drink the coffee. What is your take on this? Do you think it would be better to use glass? Many thanks in advance for your input. =)

Is a rug made out of polypropylene safe for people prone to allergies? Is it safe for children and animals to lay on? Thanks...

I'm not a medical doctor so you should consult with your doctor to be sure, but I can't think of a single reason why it would have more problems with allergies than other materials.

safe as a COVID barrier? It would depend not just on the material, but the weave used. This will dictate the size of the openings and therefore the virus permeability.

When it comes to hardness, I described Polypropylene in my homework as generally hard, tough, and semi-rigid. For flexibility however, I'm quite confused as how to describe it. The plastic product having Polypropylene that I am to describe is a food packaging one, how should I go about it in regards to flexibility?
