Most impressive thing about Ball is how the game looks like it has completely slowed down for him. He's never in a rush, plays at his own pace, gets to his spot and knows exactly what he wants to do out there. Extremely impressive control over the game for such a young kid. High high basketball IQ

@@jl.vi_ the Warriors offense works for a reason. On paper this looks like it could work. The reason why it doesn’t is because it shifts Draymon out of the offense. Steph Curry while officially a PG, is a really a SG. Dray is a Point Forward, meaning he’s usually the PG in half court. If Dray isnt running the offense, he isn’t very effective. The shift would also make the lineup undersized. If you put Melo on the bench it hinders his growth. It doesn’t work.

Though he may have some.misses and inadvertent error moves. It is just natural to a player that may commit error. But as I see, most of the moves of La Melo, like his shooting, passes, clutch moves as well as slashing to the ring, most are effective and consider a productive move. But if such kind of mindset on such kind of coaching, not only a contributing negative factor for a palyer but as well as limiting the potential of a good player.. There are other coaches who give freedom on the style, the moves and the IQ of the player playing randomly, provided it is pattern on the game play of the coach..There are other coaches on NBA teams that gives freedom on their players inside the court that mostly produces good result. Take for example on how the Memphies GRIZZLIES is playing now. Their respective players play at their comfortable zone, which have a good result, that team play develops spontaneously. Although, there will maybe, in crucial moments that the coach will device a play that would win a game..But a coaching type of Blame Game, are often unproductive and has a lot of disadvantages or impact to the potential of a player. La Melo Ball should move to an NBA team.that does not use the Old School type of Coaching. One good Big example of a Good Coaching is the strategy used by Coach Steve Kerr of Golden State Warriors. Wherein, most of his players, aside from the key players as well as those bench players. Whenever, they are given their time to play in the court, their confidence level is high and their potential is exposed, as they were given their leeway or leverage to play in court at their comfortable sryle provided tbey are in sync with their team mates. Likewise, tbey were given tbeir ample time to play in the court that give them time to adjust with the play. This gives them space or time to shine. Coz, there are some type of coaches, that when they deploy a bench player in the court with limited time, say 3 to 4 minutes playing time then pull-out again and replaced.by another one. It has a negative outcome to a players mindset, once the player is deploy on court, surely he will try to score, which omit the essence of team play..A coach should not have favoritism to his players, he should know, to harness and used properly his players when to tap, when to unleash and their respective role or play that would fit his style and moves at the right place at the right time.
