Better Than WACOM?? | XP Pen Star 06 Wireless Review 1 Year Later

After a year of using the XP Pen Star 06 Wireless drawing tablet I've had a lot of time to use and experience this device. Is it better than the Wacom Intuos and is it a good choice for beginner artists looking to go digital?
