Do you have a way to tell when the best time to use combustion is?

for different situiations, best is with all dots and spread on as many as possible but other times if dont have just spread atleast living bomb/combust, or in 1v1's, i like to spread combust then silence priest or other healer too but priest first so cant massdispell combust.
