I live in this town it’s beautiful land of milk and honey …. Very few homelessness here cops are pretty decent, crime rate low butttt street infrastructure is not for the weak just like Atlanta 😂
Big and expensive. What is the size of the land that comes with the house? Any HOA? Do any of the plans come with a balcony and a deck? Are there any homes that are half the size and half the price?
For a half million dollar home, I expect all my showers/tubs to be tile. Plastic insert tubs are such a let down. I have the same shower tub combo in my town house which was less than $200k

These come on .25 acre lots and the HOA is $600 annually. None with decks so far.
