    This is so true, the more planning / thorough research you do in advance, the less work you will need to do in the long run. I think budgeting before arriving and trying to connect with expats online in advance really helps, they can offer solid advice since they've gone through a similar experience.
    Thank you so much Chioma, I noticed I was comparing myself with others in terms of how quick they got their PR but you're right, there's no point comparing and we are all on our own journey. :)

    Thank you this was very informative and more so reassuring, because I keep hearing horror stories about migration and I tell myself that it's not there are surprises, it's just that people rush to get out of country that they don't ponder their options enough and this video proved that to me. I'm from Sudan and I love it over here but the situation is so unstable here that at this point it's naive not to consider migrating, I watched alot of Australian reality shows growing up and it's the first country that came to my head when I started thinking about migration.

      Thanks for dropping in, and yes I share the same sentiments about people not considering their options carefully. I hope you remain safe while you explore your options to migrate. Good luck with your plans.

    Thanks for your tips!!! I have a question please, do I have to take all the courses of the master’s degree during the two years to obtain the visa? Or I could finish that master’s degree in 3 years, because of money issues

    • @lifewithchioma
      @lifewithchioma  2 года назад +1

      Just realised I didn't respond to your comment. If you're on a student visa you must study full time, which is 2 years. Part time study is not permitted for international students

      Hi Mary, of course you can switch into SW. You may be required to do a bridging course first, before commencing the master in social work.
