This is one of the most beautiful streetbikes I have ever seen in my lifetime. A true work of art, and that Candy Blue Paint Job Is Truly Stunning. I hope Jr was able to buy this bike, since you were saying how badly we wanted it. Great Video, Brother. 😀
KZ900LTD was the very first Japanese motorcycle to be designed (by Wayne Moulton) and built in the USA according to an article in American Motorcyclist magazine, May 1985. Moulton also did the Z1-R and the Triumph TSX.
Loved my 80-1000 LTD.I went full chrome on mine w/ kerker header & oil cooler.Ya took care of the only ugly thing on the bike ,the taillight.Super cool old school hot rod.
What memories. So Bad Ass 👍🏻 The Fun we had back then riding these n YAMAHA’s we tricked them out to go fast n sounds were like nothing ever made Again.Hell Yeah
Where I was born and raised in South Florida there was a little bar down the street from my house and I used to go down there as a kid and watch all the black guys run the nine hundred cows to 1,000 cows and them guys become my friends that's how I learned to ride and do the mechanic and I do on them I love the 900 Cal sweet bike
Glad you did not lose the right side cover, they are a PIA to find.
the man that built that bike is a hell of a man in my book he went above and set the mark high my hat goes off to him
Still the best sounding 4 cyl motorcycle engine ever made!

That's funny, I had one the same year & had it painted blue also.
i had a kz1000 around 1995 , heavy beast but bring the revs up around 20 mph and dump the clutch and straight light up the tire
Stunning Ken
Sweet machine! I'd like it better with a Z1 front fender in that blue.

What model HJC helmet do you have? Looks just like my CS-R3.
That blue is my favorite. It looks like the blue on a “Natty Daddy” 24oz. beer.
