They really should add more weekly rewards. Now there's nothing left to do since they removed all the rewards and "compiled" it instead. Even the Gold Bars reward feels less than what's rewarded from weekly rewards in total. Mystic Creatures, Weekend Patrols, and Assistance Quests give more separately than the new system.
Go to your telephone booth and build the alchemy jar first and then craft many pills of medicine for you to take when you do map exploration in Tide Survival. Make sure your health not under 2O so you can get extra rewards

It depends on your cert I think, you can't force rifleman setting on sniper or warrior
