My brother lives in Asia and he has sent me pictures of a beautiful yet very unusual one, and it’s called a “dong Tao” chicken. They have the most thick dinosaur looking legs. So grateful to have found your channel. I absolutely enjoy every video and my daughter is very enamored with Mary Carl. She’s actually doing more chores inspired by your daughters incredible work ethic.

Oh my gosh, how could anyone ever choose just one breed, I love every single one. Every breed has its own unique beauty. I also love when we hatch mixed breed chickens from our mixed flock. You never know what you are going to get. I could never have just one breed. :)

Road Island Red are my have to have chickens. 😁 I love the way mine follow me around the yard and "help" with projects. The Easter eggers and Buffs just aren't interested.

Cochins are my all time favorite. I love the colorful eggs of marans and Amerucana but nothing beats the personality and beauty of a cochin ❤

My favorite chicken breed is Blue Copper Marans. They are a rare color of the Marans breed that lays the dark chocolate eggs and I think they are beautiful!

My favorite chicken is Bob I got Bob from a Craigslist add that said free friendly rooster half Araucona half silky. So I get this rooster and call him Bob. Well about a month later Bob stated laying green eggs. Bob is rally cute she has a brown body and a black head.

Gee, what a difficult decision! In my flock, I’m going to say the polish is my favorite. She is my little buddy. Loves sitting on my lap and gets jealous if anyone else gets up there first.
We're digging our buff and lavender Orpingtons so far; they're super poofy and chill.
My favorite is the Ameraucana. They are smart, come when I call them and love the different colored eggs for my Grandkids and the neighbors.
I just love all of your chickens. Most of them I have never seen or heard of before.

When I started watching your channel, I thought your farm was ran by some, or at least 2 more farm helpers in addition to 3 of you.
This is the most beautiful farm/homestead I've seen in RUclips, mostly because of you 3. You entertain us, viewers, and yourselves/each other, and also educate us. If I were a farm animal, I too would like to end up here. They are very well care for (I saw the other videos how you checked every one of them during the hurricane and snow).
I would have to say the Cochin chicken I also love lavender orpington. But! There is so many beautiful chickens I would have to have two or three! I do love the silkies to they're so cute.❤

Cleopatra is beautiful & the silkies are very sweet. But im with Mr. Coghill, I live the Named necks. I had two back in the late 70. They were the best layers.

Our Silkies weren't good layers, but when they were brooding we would put fertilized Road Island Red eggs under our Silkies while they were sleeping. They woke up as proud as could be and were great moms! (of course their babies were quickly bigger than mom, but she kept them in line!) :)
i'm in full agreement with silkies. they're like the ayam cemanis, black to the bone, but with white feathers. such a distinct look. and their goofy fwoofy sheepdog-like heads with their eyes covered. although Mrs. Coghill's choice of that cochin is real pretty too with that color pattern.

We're new chicken owners, but we have some Lavender Orpington's and they are just fantastic.

The favorite on our farm is the polish created crowns. 🥰
Bielefielder is my favorite because the hens have a nice personality, but the Roosters I have are super sweet, tame and look good to me.
Australorps, great egg layers, lovely black/beetle green feathers. The ones I've had have all been good foragers too.
I have 2 necked neck turkens and they're my favorites too. I also have a barred rock pair of bantam that have great personalities. But my favorites on our tiny chicken farm are my pair of red bourbon turkeys.
Love your videos. How about an outdoor shower with a pressure pad to activate, Emu will learn it quick. Use a water catch to feed the shower. 👍
Whatever kind of chicken Rod is, is my favorite!
