16:43- It’s a miracle that she survived 21 minutes in that position! MAAAAAAAANY people have lost their lives to positional asphyxiation from being in that exact position (even with their legs are not hobbled).
No matter what she did or how “annoying” she was, she didn’t deserve that. As a nurse, I’ve dealt with “obnoxious” and combative patients, but I treated them with compassion 100% of the time. I absolutely know what it’s like to work a high stress job, that’s “life or death”, and have people trying to attack me (and worse). If I (as a small woman) can treat those people with respect & compassion, there’s no excuse for police to harm them! If I had reacted with 1% of the aggression or callousness of most of these officers, I’d lose my nursing license & be in jail. Police should be judged by a HIGHER standard, not given a pass.
Yes!!!! Thank you!!! This triggered PTSD for me. Years ago there was a 16-17yo black boy at our high school who actually got stuck upside down in one of the tall mats in the gym and due to the failure of the teachers to notice he came to PE that day but never left on camera, he lost his life. It was all over the news and I do believe his family sued the school bored but that's not going to bring him back. He was an excellent student and we're not sure if he was just playing around or accidentally fell in the met but either way it was horrifying to see him trying to do anything and everything he could to get out or tip it over but it was just to heavy and tall preventing him from getting enough movement back and forth to tip it over. Those mats should have never been rolled up and left out like that and should have been put in the storage room like they typically did after wrestling practice/matches.
@@Purple_Pajamas_Glo are you referring to Kendrick in Georgia? I’m in SC, and I know that case well. From my understanding, they still aren’t certain if it was really an accident though. There were some things that didn’t make sense.
But there was another case of a teen boy, who got stuck in that position in his car (the seat folded & he got wedged) and he called 911, but they didn’t locate him. He didn’t make it either.

At 12:17, that’s NOT snoring. It’s an extremely dangerous breathing pattern called “agonal breathing” and indicates that he was extremely close to ☠️. It looks like it was caused by the officer compressing his neck with his boot, compromising his airway. If they had not immediately repositioned him, he would’ve died, because during the time his foot was on the man’s neck and while the man had agonal breathing, he wasn’t getting ANY oxygen. When I worked as a hospice nurse, I knew a patient was actively dying when I heard that breathing pattern.

The story from Renton where the two officers arrived outside his trailer stating they wanted his side of the story about an issue. They ended up chasing him inside his trailer, taking him and arresting him. More than 6 months later he finally went to court and spent all that time in jail because he could not afford bail. The judge dropped all charges and said he was not guilty of any crime.
In the mean time his trailer got towed, impounded, he lost every possession he had, paperwork like birth certificates, family photos gone to the garbage. All when he was at no fault for anything. The actions of Two officers making the already hard life of a homeless man even harder.

I give the CO props for saying something about that poor woman being stuck upside down. IDGAF how bad a suspect/inmate fights you, the horrible things they will say to you, etc you don't treat a human like that, much less an animal. I can confirm being on that side of the law when you question a LEO's treatment of a suspect, typically you are told to keep your mouth shut or else. That basically means if you dare to say anything whether you're at work or on your free time, they can and will make your life a living hell. That is one reason why I couldn't stay in that field, I refused to treat another human or animal in such barbaric ways and because I spoke up and treated them like human's and fought tooth and nail for their basic human rights.

This man has probably been constantly harrassed by police so he has a right to be agitated when the cops stop him in a store where a formal traffic stop never occurred. Aarrgghhh!
