Yes because it adapts to your playstyle: if you like gunboat, it can gunboat. If you like torp boat, it can torp boat. Torp reload booster and smoke allows you almost Shima level of area denial, but with the added perk of having good guns. It's a great ship. It's not the top gunboat or torp boat, but is combo of two really good ones.
no cv's no sub's no radar...big whoop. anyone can make that thing look good in that situation. Only DD that can out spot him commits suicide in first 3 min of the battle. Show me an amazing replay with all the DD counters in the game.
