it definitely works, pay attention to the sound in game. you should hear a double bleep sound like he mentioned. also you should complete the doomsday heist Act 1/2/3 at least once before this even works. some tips: *take your time, *pay attention to the beep sound *take a friend to look at the board for you (it should go to the right and then confirm) *if you are by yourself, make sure to practice this without paying just cancel and see if it went to the right. this should be logical but don’t spend money that you don’t have or that you can’t make back easily .
I can confirm, that you don't need to complete act1/2/3 first to be able to skip. Just done skip on act 2 in my first doomsday heist walkthrough. It worked just fine
This is one of the best glitches ever that has never been fixed. I hope this will stay in the game forever. Getting host money glitch in autoshop, autoshop finals playlist, the old suspend app glitch, casino heist gold glitch… many great glitches were gone.
I just tried this out on Xbox series X and it worked. I actually found fidelity mode was a lot harder. Now I never have to do these stupid preps and setups ever again. Thank you brother.

I play on ps4. Ive completed the thing twice with numerous restarts. Usually its randoms that use up the lives. I would like to play with someone not so green or better than me. Im level 485 and i always use cover. You cant just run and blast in this mission. You really gotta discipline yourself.
For anyone doing this on PC, I recommend capping your FPS to 15 to make the timing really easy. Additionally, this trick is almost impossible on high FPS (~150)

Thx for letting me know this useful glitch. Its kinda difficult to press right d pad before paying it. What I did was ask my friend to share his screen to make sure I did it correctly. I think it only works on controller, I had to connect my Xbox controller to my PC

First step : hold the space bar, second step : hover your finger over D button on keyboard and be ready Third step: fully let go on the space bar and immediately press the D button. If you hear 1 click sound, it means you did it wrong but if you hear 2 click sound it means you did it right. My suggestion is that have a friend over at your facility for your first try, so they can watch you if you do it right or not. If you do it right, you friend should see that the heist screen has selected the setup (not the prep) while you are in the confirmation screen before buy, if not, try again. As soon as you do it for the first time, doing the rest of the setups are easy. BTW sorry for my bad English; It's not my first language.

It didn't work because you didn't do it correctly. If you watched the video and paid attention you'd also hear me say not to do it if you can't afford it, as you clearly can't.
No. If you do not press right on the d-pad then you will just pay loads of money for the Prep but you'll still have to complete the Setup to continue on.
I think this is now patched, it’s impossible to hover over the mission and time it correctly. If anyone else can still do it, please let us know and upload it.

This still works today, you can even close the internet of your computer, so that you don't need to spend money on the setups.

i didn't bother. No need for Pc all you need is to disconnect your internet at certain time. It works for all heists. Check some guides

Yes, as the CMM is based on doing the setups and heists in order. You can't do them in order if you don't do them.
