Not to be mean but all he did was figure out that you should dive the tank and not supports on wolverine bc he shreads them and ppl aren't used to that playstyle (especially overwatch players) I'm not diminshibg him cause he is just straight up a good player but had streamers waited a week more before making their tier lists (like bogur the goat) they would ahev found out. The game is still in it's early stages so there's atill things we don't know about like you never know storm might become meta for example.

@copuim_dealer I think it's not just "figuring out" what wolverine is good at , but also implementing into a play style that works. I believe TeamCaptain's gameplay that was booming from the algorithm, was one the main reasons an influx of wolverine mains came to be.
@soliduswasright678 i know i watch flats sometimes for overwatch and he kept on repeating that people shouldn't make tier lists bc although they might be better at the game they know as much as you do and he held off of making a tier list but as he put it "people get on asking fpr it and i'm tired of it" and he made an early tier list video that he said at the time that it wasn't accurate bc the game is new. Flats is a great content creator for overwatch and marvel rivals as he is very good at predicting metas and understanding game mechanics and playstyles, i highly recommend him. I just wanted to defend flats and bogur bc they both wanted to hold off (bogur did but flats got peer pressured) bc they actually wanted to make informative tier lists and not quick and done ones for views
Idk about fighting games but I've made tier lists after play testing characters in two new gachas and I was right about both of them (a one-tier difference for some characters, but still) maybe gachas are more stale due to the PvE nature but still, if people take time to read what each skill does I'm sure there are many creative minds out there that can cook up a real list Day 1 (given they have time to play test + plug numbers in) @@soliduswasright678
I wish they would make your grab hit box for wolverine just a tiny bit bigger... It's so frustrating when you basically humping a target and your L-Shift sends you flying without a grab.
A tip I’ve noticed while playing him is when going for grab try being either directly facing the target or directly facing away from the target since the horizontal hitbox feels super small so if you look away a little too early then you miss grab a lot more often
They should fix this, make his damage not % based so he isn't as good against tanks and actually useful against squishies, and give him a healing factor where he sits and heals on his own (not fast, just something).

literally EVERY strange this week.... So many high level players said to just fill as him, that people are doing that and expecting wins - without learning the character. I'm a tank main, but I never block as much damage as a GOOD Groot or Strange. (for reference I blocked 80k as strange the other day.) Now everyone who fills him gets sub 30k damage blocked. I'm competing with damage taken as Thor, Peni, and Magneto. They cant shift cancel into ult, have no awareness of backline being dived, and CANT PORTAL TO SAVE THEIR LIVES.

It fits him perfectly. His regen worked exactly like that until it started getting wanked around the time of the movie. He would get fucked up and then get up a day later, not just ignore all damage forever.
@Rowafruit wrong i rarely see him get banned even in tournaments most common bans are Hella, hawkeye, mantis and luna, and sometimes they sacrifice not banning a mantis or luna just to ban namor if they playing dive
@ hela is easy to deal with now that everyone knows how to play around her. hawkeye is still broken. but most bans that i see are bruce banner and hawkeye.

Wolverine main here, another amazing video as always!! Do you have any advice on how to get more consistent or often healing? I spend most games when not with tanks back with my healers because they’re constantly getting jumped, but I always tend to struggle getting healed even when I stand still in front of them
@ thought it was just me, I’ve dropped like 34/5 and 28/3 games when I have healers that can aim at a straight target and tanks that stop trying to be in an edit and 1v6 completely out of sight of the healers

I was playing storm or namor i cant remember but there was a wolverine that did something good in the beginning of the gang and immediately went to chat and said "Logang" I had a blast spamming Logang everytime he died after that for the match was very one sided after the first fight. He started off 3-0 and ended up 5-17. He was pissed. By the end of it, even his teammates were clowning him with Logang. But the guy stuck it out and never swapped off a character he could not effectively play that match. Logang

It’s abusing the system. The basic idea is that you on your highest account play with someone who is a low ad possible with you being able to party up. The matchmaker will give you better players because the GM3 will reduce the team average.
I wonder if that Necros nerd is gonna change his tier list now that you show yourself winning against Helas or if he will give another excuse just because he can't play Wolverine and has to play the cheese characters such as Spiderman and Panther.
@@joelscott720 Why do you need some rando to tell you how to play then? It's pretty obvious by looking at his gameplay. Use right click to move, right click into someone and then shift to easily know when to get them. Rince repeat, if you think about it, wolv is pretty simple, just need to learn his limits and get over the jank. You can do it

My main point was if you could get on the brink of GM before, then youre not more worse than this guy is. If you cant see from his games that hes doing extremely well because of the amount of heals and mag shields, then i dunno what to tell you. I mean look at the first guy he got, why the fuck was Dr strange walking up that far KNOWING he was going against "the best wolv in the world" utter rubbish that you couldnt do it either.

It’s the animation. He jumps too far up. I think it’s on purpose to make tanks easier to grab than smaller units.
