These work great in the swimming pool to say the least, but I wear my Kanso (off the ear) most of the time. I’m bilateral… the only thing I don’t like is if I switch to my N7 (on the ear) from my Kanso, I loose all my programmed settings for my my iPhone 12 (2 TV streamers, and clip on microphone) and after swimming I put back on my Kanso’s and have to reprogram my iPhone again. I wish the settings would match both hearing implants. I’m not complaining at all, just giving others out there a heads up 👍
Thank you for reaching out. The Aqua+ accessories are designed specifically for the newer sound processors. They wouldn't fit the Nucleus 5 Sound Processor.
claudia rosencrantz u put ur thumb on the three lines and the index finger behind it and than u twist it to the left and putting pressure gently until it comes out, than u put the magnet back in the coil than twist it to the right until it stops turning.

I would like to say the information aboutcochlear implants is wrong It's not tinny speech all the time. It improves with time and so normal speech not saying y hear everything of coursenot but it is normal speech it's usually antiimpla ts who say that but it's wrong
