    The canister that you need for the siphon are N2O, this is nitrous oxide.

    빵을 너무나 잘 만드시네요. 말씀도 잘 하시구요. 주위 분들은 맛있는빵을 만들어주시니 아주 좋아한것 같습니나. 전 초콜릿 좋아합니다

    Very interesting! And I bet it's delicious too. I especially like the type of modern version because you can still call it a Tiramisu in terms of the components. Sometimes you find "Tiramisu recipes" which have absolutely nothing in common with the original dessert.

      That was the plan! Keep the flavours the same, add some texture (chocolate crumb) and then completely mess with everything else! I have substituted mascarpone for the swiss meringue but you still get the richness and creaminess that you look for in the dessert.

    🤩 plating is stunning as always! Ha you went full chefsteps badass with this one!
    I’ve been eyeing one of those isi whipping siphons for forever... but even if I got one I think it would take me about a week to make this and then the cake would defos have gone stale 😹

      Haha yeah sorry i was bored and decided to make a recipe that uses lots of my favourite toys. Good luck trying to make this one!
      The ISI whips are good but a lot of people are making them that work just as well for a quarter of the price (like the one i put a link for in the description).
      The thing that will get you is the canisters, they are not cheap.

If you can make it, flaunt it (bake what yo mamma gave you? I blame that joke on first work week friday beer of the year). Yeah I’ll defos look at that that siphon link in the morning- thanks!

    What can I use instead of coffee caviar?

    • @ChefBasicswithBaz
      @ChefBasicswithBaz  2 года назад +2

      And still get a similar effect? You could cook or soak some tapioca/sago/cassava pearls in strong coffee or whatever flavour you are going for.
