Hi! I just got a new Bai - I went to backup stitches it moved my design? I can't seem to get it to reset. I have been doing embroidery for over 10 years and this machine is making me insane! Help!
Hi Lynn question I did everything in your video to back up stitches but when I’m all set and try to embroider then machines says stop at the top the needle doesn’t come down any idea why

its only the foot that comes down, I wish the needle would as well, because we could get closer to where we messed up.
