I just started and I am using the free version. I don’t have that multi hoop style. Can I put in the 5x12 size? I know it very limited on what it can do. But I am learning so much. I not ready to upgrade yet. Please can anyone answer. And video was super helpful!! Thank you.
Hi Gaby. You will need to upgrade. The free version doesn't provide you the option for the multi hoop like you said and this option is really what you need. When you save the design it breaks it up to two files which is what you need to use the 5x12 hoop.
I down loaded the embrilliance free .... now I bought the program but I can’t find where to put my serial number ??? Can you help me, or do you have a short video on how to do it? Thank you !!!

Hi, I’m not getting the screen options to edit the multi position hoop sizes
You need to purchase the Essentials module of embrilliance. I don't believe this option is available in the free version.

Hi Evemar. At the top click on Help. You will see a drop down list and it will say Serial Numbers. This is where you insert it.
