Why are you and no one else talking about the ISO Auditing? It appears as if ISO wants nothing to do with why ISO didn't find or highlight that Boeing itself doesn't audit for or comply with ISO requirements. The elephant in the room is that Boeing places 9101 requirements on suppliers, but doesn't itself follow them... And ISO has no power to audit it's board member, and the FAA is complicit in that the have given Boeing card blanch with its ODA program. Look to see if this boeing department was audited in the past year by ISO. If it wasn't ISO, you and your channel have no legitimacy. Note all of your lessons are great, but none of the are legitimate, because most of us that have built Boeing aircraft knew the night of the incident that Boeing itself had installed the door and that it wasn't a supplier issue. You have to vet your subjects better.
