+flyingrolo thanks! I record the audio directly into my audio interface when i am recording the video at the same time. I usually just play through the whole song and record the solo on a separate take. I try to get it with one take per camera angle but that can be challenging at times. At the end of it, I will audition all the clips in post production and use the best takes.
