Every day there's a news story with fresh tragedy--usually committed by someone with a long string of arrests. Criminals simply aren't worried about consequences. This promising young woman died due to a weak system. Heartbreaking. It doesn't have to be this way.

DUIs starting to take alot more lives away and judges, DA are doing NOTHING to stop this problem, alcoholic related problems on the road are most likely deadly but its not like the state cares anyways. All I can hope is the parents take their time to grief, overcoming this and do whatever it takes for them to bring the daughter's justice.

most drunk drivers are out at night. theres no reason a college student focused on acting needs to be walking home alone at night. everything you need to do can be done during the day, away from the drunks and other hooodlums who are most active once the sun is down.
