It hurts my soul, makes me feel pain and happiness at the same time. I don't feel myself old, but I'm getting more and more, and what I really miss is that I can't relive those mysterious days and nights anymore. I'm far from home and friends now, live my own life, have my own family, but i'll always miss my youth, easy life with lots of hope in the unknown future. And still as I realize how deeply we changed as the time has passed, maybe it is better this way. We became crabby, worried, trustless, with lost of fear and hate, that we didn't have as a child. This music remembers me how we used to be, and warns me at same time that I shall newer forget what we were, our young ego, and never let it completely go. Reminiscence, nostalgia? Yes it is, but in my soul I'll always be, young. Let your soul be forever young!
Moby played this live in London two days ago, I was there, it took me back , back to a better place , a better time in every way possible. Thank you Moby

For me, 1994 was the year I got cable TV and MTV. I got to experience music I would never had heard on mainstream radio of the time (no chance). There was no internet as such, so MTV PartyZone was where I got to hear such amazing music. I have a load of Video cassettes in my garage from 1994, 1995 MTV Partyzone recordings. I knew it was special then when I was 14 or so, I need to digitise and upload them!
What a legendary tune. No matter how depressed ur this will lift you up! There is always light at the end of the tunnel :-) Get up and .....FEEL SO REAL. :-)
I reading Moby's biografy book right now, can you tell to guy from little country named Russia, New-York was really so cold and unfriendly like Moby told about 90s, and how he changed today?
Like in every music genre, the beginnings are always the best, with genuine emotions and unique rhytm... I am glad I was part of that rave era. Never did drugs, just some beers, girls and I FELT SO REAL! I still feel so real, no mistake... But I am glad that I am not so young now. These times are so boring and superficial. And music does not exist anymore. So: THANK YOU MOBY, THANK YOU MARUSHA, THANK YOU PRODIGY and all others for wonderful time!
*THIS!! ^^^^* Except in my case I did the the drugs (ecstasy, LSD and Speed) along with girls and beers. I miss those days and wish I could go back in time and do it all again.
Well said. This ecstatic song basically sums up how magical it felt to experience a time when music always surpassed itself - For every new release, for every new artist from every new continent who contributed on this occasion. It was truly the top of a breakpoint in music history!

I miss the 90's hanging out with my friends. Life was much easyer. People on the planet where more easy going back in that time. But somewhere inbetween 1994 and 2018 happiness died.
Heh heh, my 8y.old shocked me in the van when this came on, his exact words were "whoa, turn this up" "this is awesome" who says music is lost on the younger generation! He's even took a liking to Altern8, good lad

What synthesizer do you mean? The sampled Alpha Juno?
Such good drum and bass vibes in this track!
