I think the more important thing is to figure out when to use your front character instead of your back, because hitting from the front has the potential to really throw your opponent off-guard, but their hits feel weaker and is harder to time hits so you have a higher chance of getting the ball out of bounds.

Just like real tennis the angles you can get are better

THANK YOU! This is the best tutorial because we can actually see the movements your talking about. Some people don't do that and it baffles me.

Aye a fellow tennis player, good to see a actual tennis player playing. What rate would you give Switch Sport Tennis mode btw?

Very helpful, thanks! Is there a way to also hit a fast serve in volleyball using the same technique?

There isn’t, but I’ve now made a video on how to improve in Volleyball! ruclips.net/video/k7fsHdxxc4E/видео.html

thanks again man. you saw my other comment and so you know i like you so i'll skip the praise and go straight to what i disliked or found lacking: i think i'm not the only one who doesnt even know what a top- or backspin exactly does (google fixed that but i'm lazy and you could just make a quick 5 sec comment :D). it's really really minor though. the only thing i don't like about your videos is the super loud "subscribe pls" intermission. i feel like you could just do a same-volume-as-your-commentary-version for 3-4 seconds and achieve the same results, the 10 sec blasting music clip honestly reminds me of 2011 call of duty compilations :D
anyway i hope you know i'm not telling you this to shit on you, the videos i watched are really good. i just felt like the constructive criticism could be helpful. you gained a sub today i'm looking forward to the stuff you have in mind for the future :)

Once again, thanks for commenting! Yes I should have mentioned what too and backspin do, but being a tennis player in real life it’s easy to forget that people don’t know things like that. And for my “subscribe pls” intermission, are u talking about my Outro at the end? If so I am actually working on making a new and improved one, and maybe even a new look overall coming soon 😳🤫

Good job on the video! I recommend extra visual aids, or a little more editing, when you do a demonstration (such as an arrow, for your initial serve when it hits the high point)
