Marwa accompanying your wife to hospital is a must na si thafathali. You should be keeping the appointment date and remind her when the date is almost due. Organize on how you should get to the hospital.

Plz ask Gake to put 2 plastic chairs up on the roof so yu two lovebirds can sit up thea and enjoy sunsets TOGETHER. Instead of sitting so precariously on the ledge of the huge villa roof.
