This guy had previous felony's and then got busted with a gun, now hes holding a guard hostage and even stabbed him multiple times AND still they want to sue the police. A shank on your neck is not justified ? There are normal ways to deal with the issue, not threaten the life of someone doing their job. You threaten to take a life and at that point you have to deal the consequences. The tactical police officers didn’t wake up that day and say I’m going to kill someone they were protecting a mans life unlike your son who woke up and said I will take a life if I have to. I'd say "I'm sorry for being related to a crazy asshole, and sorry the guard got hurt." We are evidently living in a very selfish world these days. If this were the 80s, our mothers would be devastated about our deaths but would cope with the realization that we brought it on ourselves!

I didn’t know the severity of what happened. I knew the guy who died had a knife up to the guy. This guy took the person hostage. I don’t buy this crap that bad conditions led to this, because what led these criminals to committing crimes in the first place? Always some kind of excuse to commit crimes huh?
