Mis leading information bhai. About resident visa to PR in NZ (formalities are you need to be present there for atleast 184 days each year and NZ Permanent Residents can’t live n work in Australia without Citizenship of NZ. Citizenship takes over 5 years from the date you get first Residency. Lots more to say but good attempt for first time in for Specs guy.

its not 3 months - its 6 months per year
if he lives in Australia for 4 years he gets AUS passport - that is only for NZ citizens living in aussie, not PR.
if he doe not meet 6 months condition, the residence visa does not go back to work permit - it gets cancelled.
This is what you get if the Residence is without much knowledge and as a free gift.
