Well my mom gave me some hair treatment, she used a shampoo I think (sorry I forgot the name of the product) and I think it got rid of it, also I think washing your hair deeply helped me to get rid of it also, since some ppl ik, said that some of dandruffs comes from dried shampoo because of improperly washed? Although I'm not clearly sure, ik this probably didn't have any sense 🥲😅 but I hope it helped you still😅

I can't grow my hair long because of this problem and I tried to grow it but ended getting skin problem badly so had to shave it off twice. My body temperature can't tolerate too much hot weather so when I grow hair if I tie it up my head will sweat and if I don't tie it my body will sweat which causes too much skin problem. Now I decided that I'll never grow my hair long

I believe dandruff to the point of redness on the skin means it's not dandruff but skin condition or a fungal growth. I have psoriasis on my scalp and I can remove all the flakes I want and it won't just clear up by flake removal and washing my hair.
i think its irritation bc the character in the animation had lice and was shown to scratch her scalp a lot
