That's the Pollytone weekender Caistors before it became Hemsby. And that tune was way before the stray cats.

@Teddyb1939 Hi, sorry for late reply. Pete's club has been running for several years now, on Sunday nights, once a month, at Beaconsfield Football Club on the Slough Road 100 yds south of M40 Junction 2. Good lil venue, jive mainly. I havent been since last summer due to illness but still running I think (although Pete is busy with weekenders etc and they aint getting any younger). He also does a charity daytime car show event with bands around Easter time, same venue, worth supporting.
