My grand father has two wives, First wife has 1 son, 2 daughter s, Second wife has 1 son and 1 daughter.
My grand father divided his self aquired property equally and shared to two sons with unregistered will ( forcely written) after 25 days again he did the 70% land given to his first wife son as a gift deed in sub registrar office. My grand father died 10yrs after done giftdeed. And living with first son untill his death.
This total incident happened before 25yrs.
First son lives from 25yrs in that property
Can Second son family file the partition suite???
What is the winning possibility to first son??
