I'd like to get a Charger or a DeLorean but I'm terrified to get the first production model. Maybe I'll wait until after they get all the bugs out. Great video nonetheless.
Cybertser on order. Already shipping in China to consumers. Mid-summer is the estimate for outside China deliveries. This is possibly the only EV sports car likely to reach any reasonable volume production with public release this year. Not sure they actually have a gas version? however the basic EV platform closely resembles that of the MG4 Xpower which also is already freely sold in various markets. As a part of SAIC it lends credibility as well.
What about the Dodge Challenger EV? Did Stellantis decide to postpone that car?

Yes, once again BYD accelerating past Tesla. Where's the Tesla Roadster 2.0? The breadth of the BYD portfolio of cars across all spectrums/price points make Tesla look a bit impotent by comparison.
@@sunrisejak2709 But perhaps Tesla wins on profit. Didn't they sell a bunch of fully paid up orders for the Roadster 2.0? That is good for the bottom line when you don't have those pesky production costs.

Cars going electric, there is a chance to get more brands/models here in the US?
Charger is a thing of beauty. No aero sense but it looks so sweet.
Alpine is not a new brand. They've been making sport cars since 1955. Since the brand belongs to Renault, the new Alpine is a sport car based on the new R5 model.
I just hope there are enough under 30 grand EV choices in the next 4-5 years when we need our next vehicle.
Plenty. Mainly used though. You do realize that by then the average car in the US will cost more than $50K and you want to pay half of it for a car that will save you money on gas, oil changes, tune-ups, breaks and overall longevity.
@EforElectric yes, the AVERAGE price is 50k. Meaning there are perfectly good cars for 25k (like a mazda 3). What is the cheapest EV? What is the average price of EVs? Thanks for playing.
I'm looking forward to the electric Dodge Charger. That thing is gonna smoke its gas-powered predecessors like a joint at a fish concert. And quite frankly, it looks sexy as hell. I just wanna see something in a 4 door though, I like the formula that Dodge had before with the 4-door Charger and the two-door Challenger. I hope they bring us a 4 door called the Magnum. That's what I really would like to see. A robust line of electric cars that are performance-oriented from Dodge.
If we don’t no the specs, the price, the range epa odds are none of them are coming to the market in 2024
Technically that would be true for some Cybertruck models.

I'm a happy Tesla owner. But would agree that Elon's optimistic vision has proven time and again he is woefully incapable of meeting most of his boastful predictions. Wall St, listens to Elon and responds with their pocketbook by way of no confidence and stock price dump.
I'd probably like to get the Charger Daytona EV when it comes out, or whenever the color I'd like to have is available. I've been told that Bluedicrous has a late availability. I've heard from Tk's Garage that the Charger EV is delayed due to battery problems, but he cited no sources whatsoever. The guys that loved these Challengers and Chargers with the Hemi V8 are lining up none deep for the EV, and the hatred is pretty intense. In fact, the car suddenly doesn't even look good to them when it is mentioned that it is an EV. Yeah, I can't wait to see them get spanked, either, but it will take a Banshee to do it. I don't expect the Scat Pack to catch them all.
In any case, what have you heard about this? There seems to be something going on at Stellantis that smells like a pool full of dead fish...an empty pool full of dead fish.
BTW, that Alpine looks like it's based on the upcoming Renault 5 electric. I want...

Wait, DeLorean is back after 40 years?!?!? I want the alpha-5 anyway tho. It looks super cool. Also it’s estimated you can “time travel” (go from 0-88) in seconds. Wow.
The hardest sports car to review probably will be the Carice, hand built but just about perfect.
Dodge Charger is not what I call a sports car, Alpine A290 Beta is questionably a sports car, Lotus Emeya is not a sports car at all.
China's coming out with a nuclear battery maybe we'll solve all this problems with electric car🙄
EV's dont sell anymore except Tesla, prices are dropping unbelievable / Ford ectr. stopped there production BMW / Volkswagen all stopped..
I don't know where you get your information but you should probably ask your mom to teach you how to learn Google so you don't sound like a 5 year old on social media. EVs are setting sales records all over the place. In some countries like Norway more than 80% of new car sales are electric.
@lahithamalaki1005 Let me guess. You live in USA. USA is not the world. By example, Thailand and SE Asia markets or Brazil, Europe, etc across the globe EV adoption is growing at amazing rates. A mature and professional rollout in these markets supported by the prolific/good quality/price/performance/etc Chinese EV makers is nothing short of astonishing.
An electric sports car is an oxymoron. If you want the hairs to stand up on the back of your neck, it won’t be with an electric silencer machine. You might as well play a video game. Electric is a fad like bellbottoms trousers. Sorry it’s my opinion.
