- Jaffar Houssain Sobha uses his passion for photography to immortalise Mauritian heritage. 50 years since holding a camera in his hands for the first time, Jaffar Houssain Sobha's passion still runs strong. This passion once again is what drove him to transform part of his home into a museum. His first book, Flashback, which will be published through Vizavi Editions, is an ode to his country’s early years which he wants to share to the public.

What a lovely man who has documenting his countries history on film as a hobby. Life in Mauritius was hard in the old days, but the people were happy, he captured the scenes well. Thanks for the EE subtitles too, my French has long gone. More of his collection please?
