I'll be honest. My expectations were low for this one. I really wasn't expecting much.
But dude if Pedro didn't absolutely nail those vocals. Wow!
He also had the grunge moves down as well. The way he danced around looked like he was alive during the 90's grunge phase.
Also shout out to the rest of the band. Everyone did a great job!

These young people were soooo T I G H T, soooo P R E C I S E. The energy and passion of both the lead vocal and the drummer !! 👌 Man oh man, talk about stage presence on top of it all. The background vocalist ALSO brought it -- stage presence, vocal talent. AND all their teammates the same story.
A JOY TO LISTEN TO -- and WATCH !! 👍👍
The added bonus: As a jilted American, totally upset with the way my government "leaders" are failing to do their jobs, it's a pleasant escape, and inspiring, whenever I witness teens and young adults, BOTH IN MY COUNTRY AND ELSEWHERE AROUND THE WORLD, perform flawlessly, covers of famous bands --- including in their performance the joy, the passion, the inspiration they have.
Their dedication to the craft is obvious. These guys are inspired. 😄😁
I recently discovered how much more deeply appreciated and loved are the zeitgeist band of the 60s, The Beatles. 😮😄 It hadn't occurred to me on a visceral level, just how profound an impact The Beatles had AND STILL HAVE across generations, across ethnicities ALL AROUND THE WORLD.
AND THIS group of SOR students in Rio de Janeiro, as far as I'm concerned, can and should be goodwill ambassadors, along with other SOR student musicians from other countries, including the U.S.A.
I don't think I'm alone when I suggest that Pedro, Duda, Lukas, Sofia, Vanderlei, Enzo, Vitor and Tiago, along with their musical friends across the world, perform some music TOGETHER, on stage, let's say, for charity -- and then use THAT opportunity to share THEIR thoughts, as the inheritors, the future leaders, on just what kind of job THEY DEMAND from current "leaders" in ALL OF OUR COUNTRIES !! 🤨😐🙂
Hell, I'd take it one step further: I'd empower a bunch of SOR musicians from a bunch of countries, as one administrative oversight body, to travel around the world and "direct" leaders on what they should STOP doing -- as well as they better START doing, or else.
Kinda like that group of nuclear watchdogs, with worldwide jurisdiction -- EXCEPT the SOR group will have ACTUAL TEETH !!
just sayin'.
