Enjoy....we in Czech Republic still have to wait for this pistol. God damn that US huge weapons market. You are always first to get all weapons. :-( :-)
Because CZ designed this specifically to compete with the American Glock market. I've handled and fired two CZs. Those of us who have heard of and handled CZs really enjoy them. :) I especially like the P-01, aluminum frame hammer fire. Czech made firearms have become a niche in the US, especially with the old VZ surplus rifles.
Tried out this beauty today on my lunch break and let me tell ya, after sending 150 rounds down range, I fell in love with it.(not a single jam, misfire, or FTE) It has a clean, light trigger break. Soft recoil, nice sights, and amazing grip and the reset is great! Going back tomorrow to send some more down range and I just might buy it.
I picked this as my first ever handgun in April 2022. I have since fired about 150 rounds with it. I really don’t have anything to compare it to but I like it so far. Fits my hands well, and is comfortable. I didn’t break the bank to buy it and so far I have no complaints
3 gong shots in 3 seconds... Man, you are literally the accuracy guru. Before I buy ANY gun I see what you have to say about it. Ruger 40c Glock 19 M&P 40c Glock 30 Glock 43 M&P 9 M 2.0 Glock 19 Gen 5 And the list goes on and on. Best gun review titan of the 21st century! Keep rocking and CARRY ON BROTHER!!
I have never owned a Glock so I cannot do a comparison.I do own the czp10c and I can tell you it is the most ergonomic pistol I have ever held .I can tell you it has an excellent trigger.I can tell you at 10 yards it is the most accurate pistol I have ever shot.I have had no issue with the mag release the slide release is butter soft if you are changing mags that are loaded but trying to use it with an empty mag it is tough but is getting better hopefully it will get easier .The bottom line is this is a reliable firearm I have had zero malfunctions it's accurate and easy to shoot I recommend it.
I have three Glocks, six CZ's. The ergonomics' of the CZ are vastly superior. Once you've de-burred and polished the innards, of the CZ 75 series, you'll have a superb DA/SA trigger. But then one can't compare hammer fired to striker fired, Apples and oranges!
I have 2 love them. One feature not many people know- if you empty a mag-the slide opens(Naturally, nothing new hrer) if you eject the empty mag and slam in the 2nd mag the slidecloses and automatically loads a bullet(Providing the mag you are putting into the gun has bullets). You DO NOT have to hit the slide release. I have showed this to several people at the range. Every one of them (3) were blown away-statinf"I have never seen a firearm do that". In the event you get your hands on one try it. Rember you must be agressive when putting in the 2nd mag to obtain this reaction. Good luck.In addition a fine pistol. The only time I had a problem was with aluminum casing ammo. I always use brass, but it was a test. I do not think that any JHP comes that way.
I'm not worried about the firing pin block. CZ has a proven track record of producing battle grade firearms. I own both the P10c and Glock 19 and in my honest opinion, the CZ is a superior pistol in just about every way other than that damn fragile looking firing pin safety (lol). That's not to say that the Glock 19 isn't an awesome gun, because it sure as hell is. I'm just saying that the CZ P10 is a little better. Hickok is overly complimentary about guns that he knows are inferior to his beloved Glock but he tends to downplay the ones that he perceives to be possibly superior. Just human nature and I love this channel
Here is Giovanni from Italy: I'm one of your supporter and often watch your videos. Super-compliments...! I've got a CZ P110 C: it's great. when I release the slide I grab the pistol and use both thumb and index. This is very confortable to me. it doesn't need clumsy moves (that could take time). I would say this way to release is my favorite even with other guns. P10C slide lock is the best, because it is fully symmetrical, so it's steady and perfect in my opinion.
Mr Hickok45, in all do respect to you sir, it seemed hard for you to give the CZ credit it rightly deserves !!! I myself only use to live in a 1911 world until 1989 when I bought a Glock only for a joke to the guys at my local gun club. I bought a 1st generation G17 for $150 and then slowly moved into the Glock world only until recently. Don't get me wrong, I love my G19 and it's still my everyday carry, but the fact of the matter is that Glock has failed to keep improving on it's product that it currently has, and has rested on it's past achievements !!! Glock for along time was once the polymer handgun to own, but that's all coming to a change now. All the firearms manufacturers have been gunning for them for some time now and are actually passing the relics of Glock right on by. Will I part ways with my Glock collection, absolutely not, but I do not live in the only Glock for me world anymore !!!
hickok45 Thank you for the reply, and yes like so many have said before, you have the absolutely best firearms channel on RUclips, period !!! GOD BLESS YOU .........
I think you people expected too much of this gun. It's a great firearm, but it's nothing to rant and rave about like you expect hickok45 to do. It's not a game changer or a glock killer. Its just a really nice polymer firearm with its own spin on things just like the M&P, 509, APX, & P320.
You're video's are great. I don't have any friends to teach me stuff about guns. Your vids are so informative. Thanks Mr. Hickok. Much appreciation from Alabama.
This guy is an inspiration. Sometimes the hardest thing about getting older is being seen that your not dangerous anymore. Hickok laughs in the face of this notion and proves it untrue
Fired my first CZ P10C last week, what an amazing pistol, found the slide a little tough to release too. was difficult to believe that it was not a Glock, remember that I am a novice and have only fired a couple of pistols that are not Glock
The only thing Glock has on the CZ is the reliability simply because the CZ is a new gun. The CZ has a much better trigger, better ergonomics, better sights and is softer shooting. Oh and it's cheaper. I love glocks but I'm fair when comparing guns and I can't see myself choosing the glock over the CZ when you'd have to spend a couple hundred dollars just to make the trigger and sights as good as the CZ.
mmamassacre CZ had actually been around awhile and reliability is about the same neither have seen real combat deployement like other guns SIG will be the first polymer to probably issued in large numbers.
kayok07 I agree with your point when I said glock has the edge on reliability I meant against the P10c specifically. I know CZ makes reliable firearms but the P10c hasn't been around long enough to be a proven reliable gun. That being said, I expect the P10c to be ultra reliable over time.
The Glock 19 has been mass issued to US MARSOC, Marine Intel, and the Army Green Berets for a few couple years now and the Navy SEALs and Army Rangers both adopted it to replace the Sig P226 and Beretta M9 last year. And that is just within the US military and not counting use in other nations. Im not a glock fanboy by any means but just saying. As it pertains to the CZ, they have been around for a long time and just like HK, I would be willing to bet that if they came out with a new gun, it's gonna work. :)

Someone said the best gun you own is the one you shoot the best.....I know Hickok prefers Glock but my goodness he shoots this gun incredibly well too! Amazing marksman! 🎯
Have a CZ P-09 and have put 4K rounds through it. No issues and no wear. It’s an amazing gun. P 10c is next to go along with my scorpion carbine. Nothing but good things to say about the brand!
I'm late to the party and just watched this video. Also late to the CZ P-10 party since I just bought a P-10 F two days ago that was made in the Czech Republic. What I like more than anything about the P-10 is the more vertical grip angle compared to the Glocks. Due to that weird grip angle Glocks have never been my favorite to shoot since they require me to "AIM" instead of just instinctively "POINT" and be on target. One drill I frequently do with all the handguns that I own is my instinctive target acquisition. I stand in front of a target, close my eyes, draw and point to where I visualize the bulls eye being, and then I open my eyes. With a Glock or pistols with similar grip angles the sights are usually are not as closely on target when I open my eyes. Some peeps tell me that this isn't a credible exercise, but I contend that it would be if you had to defend yourself where good lighting and good sight visibility was not a reality... Glad I have another CZ to add to the mix...
I won't buy a gun if it's not first revieed by Señor Hickok. He said it, I believe it, that settles it. Thanks for your continue enlightenment. I receive it as privilege to be thought by you. May the Lord continue to bless you with health and a long life.
This Gun is inherently Accurate!! plain to see!! Yes Hickok 45 is a awesome shot anyways!!!!! but I'm seeing some outstanding accuracy from this great gun! Tells me also that ergos ,recoil mitigation, trigger etc are on point!!
Thanks for the review. I didn’t watch your review before I bought my p10c I think that’s the first time. Have really enjoyed the firearm. I’m getting a g19 or possibly g45 to just have both. Been getting very into the pistol world lately that’s always been my weak spot but not anymore :)
As with most CZ guns, the quick and rapid insertion of the magazine will automatically lock the lock. Without wasting time on his release with your finger. Hardly anyone knows about it;). And over time, the lever reaches and comes easier.
I went to my local gun stores today. I was interested in a m&p metal or p320 m17. I ended up holding this thing and I fell in love. Definitely on the to get list
The two bar trigger connector keeps the pressure even, where Glocks are only on the shooters right, creating a twisting effect and making it feel heavier than it is. I absolutely LOVE my CZ where I just like my Glocks. CZ P10 F or C should be in everyone's safe!
I have owned almost every single Glock at one point or another. While very reliable (I have had malfunctions) they are not enjoyable to shoot. Have owned many other handguns as well. I have bought and traded so many in hopes to find a pistol that feels near perfection for me. I honestly think that I finally found that in the P10C. It feels perfect in my hand, I shoot it very well, It is very enjoyable to shoot....etc. I am gonna go out on a limb and buy a P10M because I found one for under $400. A lot of people are hating on that one. But 99% of those people are nitpicking and don't even own one.
@@kellihorton1142 I'm sick.....I have a problem. I traded my P10C and P10M for a Glock. I am not right in the head. My wife is a mental health professional and she says that there is nothing wrong with my decision. I don't know about that.
Considering I've seen two Glocks broken on the front lower portion of the slide where the recoil spring assembly sits, the beefy P-10 C slide is a welcome addition.
Too bad Glock won't listen to what it's customers want, but apparently CZ will. I have a 19 and shoot it well, but the ergo's just flat suck. How hard is it to undercut the trigger guard?? How much would it cost to put some decent sights on?? I am not a Glock hater, but it would be very easy to change a few things and not force consumers to modify it. I am on the waiting list for a P10c after fondling one. They feel fantastic, like my VP9 - with a much better trigger. I think CZ has a big time winner.
Between my Walther PPQ M2 Navy and my CZ P10c it is hard to say which I like better. I like the PPQ's trigger break better however I like the shorter reset of my P10c. Ergos are equal IMO. Accuracy is excellent for both pistols 10 out of 10. Texturing on the CZ P10c is very aggressive but that is what makes it stay put in your hand while shooting. Both have large trigger guards for gloved hands which I like. Both are just a dream to shoot really. I recently ordered a Steyr M9-A1 which I have handled before but never shot. I am very curious to see which I like the best after shooting all three side by side.
Used to carry a Glock 19 Gen4 for work. Sold it because of my new career. Looking to get back into the gun game and the CZ P-10C is on my list instead of another Glock 19. Stay Safe man and keep the 2nd Alive.
Every new striker-fired/polymer-framed handgun that comes out claims to be the "Glock-Killer".... but Glock is still around. 💪 And I have a feeling that it's going to be around for many many more years.
I was upset when I got mine the mag release was hard to push the slide took the strength of bigfoot, but after 300 rounds is smoothed out and now feels smother and soild. That being said my groupings are amazing I have g 19 and it's a great gun, but this feels so much better to shoot and stays more level and easier to pick up front sights without unnatural feeling of forcing front of gun down to pick up front sights.
Cz is my go to semi auto hand gun company, my 1st choice. They are made with accuracy and high quality material in concern. Best hand guns are made by CZ. Why hasn't military adopted any CZ guns till now, or have they???
I'm a huge CZ fan and have been for many years. I bought the P-10C but just didn't like it. It never felt (or shot) like a CZ to me. One trip to the range was all I needed to evaluate it. Next day I sold it. No regrets.

One of the most accurate compacts I've seen Hickok45 shoot.
You sir are the finest firearm reviewer ever. I have been on the fence for a few guns but your reviews have helped me to say yay or nay. My CZ P10 will be here Monday! Proud owner of a G17, Kimber 1911. 45, Marlin 45-70, Mossberg 88 Maverick and now the CZ P10!
He's the reason my maverick 88 was my first gun purchase. Cheap reliable and easy entry to have something of good standing to protect your loved ones and belongings. In nj they were 280 brand new.a little high in price compared to other states but still well worth it.
Enjoy....we in Czech Republic still have to wait for this pistol. God damn that US huge weapons market. You are always first to get all weapons. :-( :-)
ale houby, my ji meli v shopu asi 3 dny pred uvedenim na trh ;)
Because CZ designed this specifically to compete with the American Glock market. I've handled and fired two CZs. Those of us who have heard of and handled CZs really enjoy them. :) I especially like the P-01, aluminum frame hammer fire. Czech made firearms have become a niche in the US, especially with the old VZ surplus rifles.
Protekčáci. :-)
I have P-01 Omega. Great pistol. Yeah...CZUB is just targeting US market and it's logical. :-)
I lived in the Czech Republic and Slovakia for 2 years. I love your country.
Opening 2 minutes. 2 mags 0 missed. I love my p10c wish I could shoot that good that fast!
That is a great camera you guys have. Being able to see the round flying in while zoomed in that far is impressive, and pretty cool.
It sure looked like it was on a downward track as it hit the gong
3 gong shots in 3 seconds...
Man, you are literally the accuracy guru.
Before I buy ANY gun I see what you have to say about it.
Ruger 40c
Glock 19
M&P 40c
Glock 30
Glock 43
M&P 9 M 2.0
Glock 19 Gen 5
And the list goes on and on.

CZ has always been exceptional in most everything they do.
They are the best values out there
@@moustachio334 Their prices went up a lot but their guns are still some of the best.
Cheers!
I would hope it's accurate at 10 yards lmao
@@kentnordland5034 I hope it never happens but if you have to use that weapon for self defense. The trigger work will bite you in the butt.
Whenever, I’m in the market for a new specific gun, you’re one of my go to advisers for reviews prior to me buying.
I love CZ handguns. Great video.
I bought my 1st GN because of his review.. Thank you I didn't regret of having it.. Smooth like butter.
Of course CZ is superior to Glock in every way! Totally agree…

Absolutely love my CZ P-09 and P-07 🥰 Next on my bucket list CZ P-01

CZ makes the best guns in the world.
D.W. Murphy This is a fine example of a refined G19 to say the least.
In the big world of so many "infomercials," by contrast, just being objective seems more negative than it really is. I actually like the pistol.
hickok45 Thank you for the reply, and yes like so many have said before, you have the absolutely best firearms channel on RUclips, period !!!
Big RUclips channels are saying the trigger is better than a PPQ.
You're video's are great. I don't have any friends to teach me stuff about guns. Your vids are so informative. Thanks Mr. Hickok. Much appreciation from Alabama.
You need different friends it sounds like to me..
That being said, I expect the P10c to be ultra reliable over time.
mmamassacre CZ makes a great polymer hammer fired pistol I own a CZ p07 so I would assume outstanding performance and reliability. but we shall see
Reliability is a HUGE thing to have on the competition that claims to be "killing" you...BWAHAHAHA!!
CZ makes wonderful guns. They have a long and proud history of excellence. Thanks!
You shot that pistol better than ones you liked more

Have a CZ P-09 and have put 4K rounds through it. No issues and no wear. It’s an amazing gun. P 10c is next to go along with my scorpion carbine. Nothing but good things to say about the brand!
I just bought one of these new, just left the range. Ohh mannnn, I LOVE THE P10 TRIGGER, SMOOTH AS BUTTER!!
Lots of love from B.C. Canada! Keep our RIGHTS alive and well! God bless USA God bless Canada.

I love how you can just barely see the bullet as it flies out at the gong
Another great video! Thank you for all watching Czech fans!:-)
Good Lord, Mr. Hickok drives nails with this Gun! Great shooting and I love this CZ!
I love that he still gets a kick out of dumping a mag.
Agree 100%. I have the HB trigger job and its a comp-level carry gun now with every bit of reliability of a Glock. Period.

I got myself a cz-p01 for my first gun. Best decision ever
Considering I've seen two Glocks broken on the front lower portion of the slide where the recoil spring assembly sits, the beefy P-10 C slide is a welcome addition.
"...but you know, I see an empty magazine, I just think it needs to be loaded." (~14:10)
Lol
Too bad Glock won't listen to what it's customers want, but apparently CZ will. I have a 19 and shoot it well, but the ergo's just flat suck. How hard is it to undercut the trigger guard?? How much would it cost to put some decent sights on?? I am not a Glock hater, but it would be very easy to change a few things and not force consumers to modify it. I am on the waiting list for a P10c after fondling one. They feel fantastic, like my VP9 - with a much better trigger. I think CZ has a big time winner.
Making upgrades standard heightens the customers future expectations
