They are not Predacons, Predacons are pre-historic Cybertonian creatures, in TFP shockwave brought them back. The villains in this movie are Terrorcons, in the g1 they were under Galvatron's command but in this movie they are under unicron's command. They could also be undead transformers just like in the TFP series.

Skurge is a badass character. In g1 he was part of thunder cracker. Than he became copy version of optimus prime and with a new badass name nemesis prime. Also there was a predicon incarnation in cybetron robots in disguise series. There are two types of predicon . In g1 predicon were the maximals combined.

We used to watch a tv show called Transformers prime where we watched predecons and beast hunters..now we are getting a movie on it and it's awsome
I have read every Transformers comics, watched every series ( tfp is my favourite) and every movie. Been following Transformers since I was 6.
So hyped for this movie.

I really miss the Bayverse the transformers in it were real badass and the cgi waa sky rocketing 🥺❤️
But 4 and 5th installment were extremely poor(storywise).
Other than the original transformers the later instalments were just gross...
No proper plot, no one know what happened to the autobot appered in previous movies and what not...
Tho my all time favs were sideswipe and ironhide..

Yes, but the problem is that this movie is based in 1994, while Age of Extinction took place in 2014. Plus, this movie is kind of a soft reboot to a franchise as a whole.

Okay, I have some insider info for you, Bumblebee is most probably going to die there, but he will later be resurrected by the maximals. Since this movie was shot in Peru, some of the peruvian fans actually got a meeting with the transformers executives, and they were told: "a major character is going to die"

Alan Tudyk, who played the human character "Dutch" in Dark of the Moon is playing Prime in the series called Transformers Earthspark. But for movies, our entire fandom wants Peter to stay!
